Pastebot was originally an iOS clipboard app with a Mac component for copying and pasting content between devices. We first covered Pastebot for Mac back in August when it entered public beta today’s official release is priced at $19.99 and includes features not available initially. Tapbot’s third Mac app is a clipboard manager that syncs with iCloud and works with Universal Clipboard across iOS and macOS. The design was just that little more refined than PastePal for me.The makers of the popular Tweetbot Twitter client are out with a new Mac app today called Pastebot. TLDR:An app that is in current development that mimics Copied functionality, which is universal MacOS and iOS - one that's a nicer design would be nice □Įdit: I bought Paste. One time payment is good, design is good, but missing features all over the place for it to be useable on both iOs and MacOS. The Mac app doesn't have a menubar icon, or shortcut to access it. Screen takeover, and can't hide clips from it's history.Ĭlipboard Pro:It's design looks similar to Apple's Shortcuts App. I will add that it does have a one off purchase, which I prefer than a subscription model. PastePal:It seems like PastePal has the same reasons as Paste does. I don't like the screen takeover just to access the clipboard within them.I also have an issue with the menubar icon (seems like a small issue, and I know I can remove it) just something that gets to me.Doesn't support hide clips from history.Yearly subscription £13.99. Paste:I have the same issue with Paste as I do with PastePal. Which is vital for keeping your lists clean, and out of the clutter of your regular clipboard usage. I'm explaining this as I haven't found another app which copies this functionality. I do hope someone can offer an alternative.Ĭopied has the ability to hide listed clips from history - which allows you to have saved clips stored in lists - which don't show in the recents list of things that are copied. I've tried Paste, PastePal, Clipboard Pro - I'll explain why each of them aren't working for me. I'm looking to find something that has the exact same functionality as Copied. I've been using Copied for a long time, but with the last update being a year ago, and it seems like the development has stopped.
